IDL 8.0 OPeNDAP issue

We've updated the IDL OPeNDAP page to address the issue of idl-client that doesn't work with IDL 8.0.

The main problem is that idl-client/ocapi doesn't work well with the latest cURL library. Installation of idl-client is not smooth either.
