hello:



I want to download the HEG toll through the ftp but something wrong

1. When I haved connected ftp and begin to download the file the dialog box

said the file doesn't exit appeares.

I don't know what had happend? Did they have been deleted?

2. I connect the ftp as follows:

ftp edhs1.gsfc.nasa.gov

name : anonymous

password:<my email address>



why need I type "quote site......"phrases and where I write it?

I think your problems are due to having to type the "quote site ...."

commands. These are absolutely needed or you will not be

able to get into the site. Your ftp dialog box has to be able

to input these commands somehow.



If you still have problem, contact my email at

cpradera@eos.east.hitc.com and I will try to place

the files in a different site. Only do this on a special

case basis....
